Welcome to vsrep.org (the "Site"). This Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms") governs your access to and use of our academic testing site, including our proprietary testing engine, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Service provides users with access to a collection of educational resources, including practice questions, quizzes, and study materials, primarily designed for students in the nursing field. You acknowledge that a significant portion of the question-and-answer content is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Site owner. This includes, but is not limited to:

The proprietary testing engine and its underlying software and code.
The structure, organization, sequence, and "look and feel" of the Site.
All graphics, logos, branding, and user interface elements.
The specific compilation and arrangement of all content, including the collection of AI-generated questions.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Site owner.

3. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer of Accuracy

IMPORTANT: You acknowledge and agree that much of the educational content, particularly questions and explanations, is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence ("AI-Generated Content").

No Warranty of Accuracy: We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any AI-Generated Content. Errors and inaccuracies may exist.
Supplemental Use Only: The Service is intended for use as a supplemental study aid ONLY. It is not a substitute for official course materials, textbooks, faculty instruction, or professional judgment.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying information and double-checking facts against primary sources and your course materials. Your reliance on any information provided by the Service is entirely at your own risk. Never use the Service as your sole study source.

4. User License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
Use any automated system, including "robots" or "scrapers," to access or copy content from the Site.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code of the testing engine or other proprietary software.
Use the service for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC ACADEMIC OUTCOME, INCLUDING PASSING GRADES OR EXAM SUCCESS, AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SITE OWNER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, OR FOR ANY ACADEMIC OR PROFESSIONAL SETBACKS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
